The machine is equipped with a specially designed sliding-adjustable disc gravity and gravity hole device, making it suitable for handling extra-heavy screen frames. The platens are much larger than the standard size, measuring 24"x20"x0.7" (620x520x18mm), making them particularly suitable for printing on signboards and spa signage.

The platens are environmentally friendly, made of high-density melamine materials that are anti-distortion, water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. If a larger printing area is required, the platens can be easily changed by removing a few bolts.

The machine features advanced electrostatic spraying and electroplating, ensuring durability, easy cleaning, and no rust. The screen clamps are 14.5" (370mm) in length, and the adjustable range of the up-and-down screw bar is 4.3" (110mm).
