The Gold-Up's Pre-stretched Aluminum Silkscreen Printing Screens feature a smooth appearance, free of deformation, lightweight, and durable in use. All of the frames are made of AL6063T5 aluminum alloy material, welded watertight, ground flat, and sandblasted for excellent adhesion. The screens are stretched with top-quality, high-strength, and low-elongation monofilament polyester mesh, and are bonded with the highest chemical resistance glue. The high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes ensure optimal tension.
To reuse the screen, it is recommended to clean the frame and mesh after each use. This 6-pack of high-quality, pre-stretched aluminum frames comes with 110 count white mesh.
The frame dimensions are as follows: Outside - 20" x 24", Inside - 17.2" x 21.2", and Tube - 1 3/8" x 1 3/8". The mesh count is 110 tpi (threads per inch), the mesh color is white, and the tension is 20-24 N/CM.
The mesh surface of the frames has been sandblasted and is highly solvent-resistant, allowing the screens to be re-stretched repeatedly, ensuring long-term use.
