Gold-Up's Pre-stretched Aluminum Silkscreen Printing Screens boast a smooth appearance, free of deformation, and are lightweight and durable in use. The frames are constructed using AL6063T5 aluminum alloy material, welded watertight, ground flat, and sandblasted for excellent adhesion. The screens are stretched with top-quality, high-strength and low-elongation monofilament polyester mesh, bonded with the highest chemical resistance glue. The use of high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes ensures optimal tension.
To reuse the screen, it is recommended to clean the frame and mesh after each use. Gold-Up offers High-Quality Pre-stretched Aluminum Silk Screen Printing Frames with a 160 Count White Mesh. The Silk Screen Frame's Outside Dimension is 20"x 24", with an Inside Dimension of 17.2"x 21.2" and a Tube size of 1 3/8"x1 3/8".
The Mesh Count is 160 Mesh counts per Inch, and the Mesh Color is White. The Tension is set at 20-24 N/CM.
